Lead the Future of Mobile Investment Technology
Join a high-impact team building a new mobile investment platform set to transform the digital wealth experience for users globally. We're seeking a Mobile Technical Lead with deep Android expertise to help shape the architecture, guide the development team, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Android development efforts in a cross-functional Agile team
- Guide technical design, architecture, and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Mentor team members and support continuous improvement
- Contribute hands-on to coding, testing, and system integration
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support release processes
What You Bring
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in senior/lead roles
- Expert knowledge of Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, and Android architecture components
- Experience with Jetpack, Material Design, RxJava or Coroutines, and dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger, Hilt)
- Solid understanding of app performance, testing, CI/CD, and security best practices
- Familiarity with modern architecture patterns like MVVM or Clean Architecture
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
