Role: Change Manager
Contract Type: B2B
Duration: 6+ months (with potential extension)
Location: Hybrid - Lisbon (2 days/week onsite)
Languages: Portuguese/Spanish & English (both fluent)
Your Role
-
Lead change management activities across the Finance & Controlling (F2R) workstream.

Shape and deliver the change strategy, aligned with functional design and business needs.

Facilitate fit-to-template workshops, supporting stakeholder engagement and alignment.

Create user-facing deliverables: communications, training, impact assessments, and readiness planning.

Support documentation efforts (URS, WRICEF, process models via SAP Signavio) from a change lens.

Act as the bridge between functional leads, end users, and project teams.
✅ What You Bring
-
Proven experience as a Change Manager on SAP S/4HANA or ERP projects.

Familiarity with Finance/Controlling (FI/CO) processes and transformation impacts.

Strong background in training, communication, and stakeholder management.

Experience working in hybrid/virtual project environments.

Bonus: Knowledge of Life Sciences and template-based delivery.
