We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant for a contract role supporting a live rollout project in Spain. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Financials and Spanish statutory and tax compliance, including SII and FacturaE.

Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days per week onsite in Madrid
Contract Length: 3-4 months (extendable)
Working Hours: CET time zone preferred
Language Requirements: Spanish proficiency required; fluent English also necessary

Role Overview:

• Lead or support the rollout of Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, EB-Tax) for Spain

• Ensure alignment with local statutory and tax requirements, including:

  • SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información)

  • Spain VAT reporting and compliance

  • Electronic invoicing (FacturaE)

  • Fiscal books, 347/349 reports, and withholdings

• Configure and test Oracle EBS for Spanish localization needs

• Perform gap analysis between the global template and local requirements

• Support data migration, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities

• Prepare documentation (BR100, MD50, test scripts) and deliver user training

• Provide post-go-live hypercare and support

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS Financials implementation and support

• At least 2 full-cycle Oracle EBS rollouts in Spain

• Deep knowledge of Spanish tax and compliance processes

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, EB-Tax)

• Previous experience in multi-country rollout projects

• Proficient in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Financials certifications

• Experience with other EU localizations

• Knowledge of integration with e-invoicing and tax reporting systems
