We are seeking an experienced OTC Lead to support a major SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion, focusing on Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Finance business processes. This role requires a hands-on consultant who can drive process alignment, testing, and documentation across key functional areas-and is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy across Finance and Logistics: planning, execution, tracking, and coordination.

Assess functional impacts by organising and facilitating sessions with stakeholders and business teams.

Implement documentation standards and promote best practices in impact analysis, organisational setup, testing, and change tracking.

Foster strong engagement with business process owners to ensure smooth adoption and delivery of transformation milestones.
Required Experience:

Track record of delivering in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects.

Deep understanding of OTC processes, SD, Logistics, and integration points with Finance.

Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and manage business-facing activities.

Fluent in French and English preferred.
