Skills Required

* Proven track record of having designed and delivered end-to-end SAP solutions across multiple disciplines.
* Possess a solid understanding of AGILE development methodologies.
* Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels up to senior management in a persuasive and convincing manner.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced international business and working with multi-cultural teams in different geographies.
* Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams and delivering outcomes with added value.
* Skilled in building strong external and internal strategic relationships.
* Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Takes the initiative to lead cross-functional and cross-stream topics, whilst driving these to a logical conclusion and arriving at the desired outcomes.
* Willing to step out of their comfort zone to represent BizTech or their colleagues in conversations requiring attention and direction.
* Identifies opportunities for improvement and channels these via the appropriate forums and teams.
* Ability to assist and guide members of the Application Centre of Excellence, in resolving issues with permanent best-in-class solutions.
* SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in SAP IBP, SAP Ariba and the STP and FTS modules.
* SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in other modules would be advantageous.
