**SAP SuccessFactors EC - BIB Integration Specialist - Hybrid- UK **
For our international client, RED is currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) SME - BIB Integration Specialist to join an ongoing global HR transformation programme.
The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible and for an initial 12-month contract.
This role is a hybrid opportunity, and UK-based candidates are preferred.
Desired skills:
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
- Hands-on experience with BIB-based replication between EC and SAP ECC
- Strong configuration skills in EC data models, MDF objects, business rules and workflows
- Solid experience with SAP CPI, including custom and standard iFlows
- Good understanding of SAP ECC modules such as PA, OM, and Payroll
- ABAP debugging skills for troubleshooting integration issues
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
