***Service Now Technical Architect Hybrid- 12 months- Germany***
For our international client based in Germany, we are currently looking for a Service Now Technical Architect to support a project.
The consultant is expected to start on 1st September (earlier start possible) for an initial 12-month contract.
The project is based on site in Munich and requires 2 days per week on site presence and rest 3 days are remote.
Desired skills:
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and governance
- Experience with open-source LLMs and enterprise service management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in German communication
