Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Consultant - Italy Localisation Rollout

📍 Location: Onsite 1 day per week - Valbrembo

🕒 Job Type: Contract / Full-Time

About the Role:

Are you an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant with deep knowledge of Italian statutory and fiscal requirements? We are working with a major Oracle EBS/Fusion implementation, and we're looking for a talented consultant to lead the Italian localisation rollout. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, international ERP programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the localisation stream of an Oracle ERP rollout in Italy.
  • Analyse and align Italian statutory, tax, and legal requirements with Oracle EBS/Fusion functionality.
  • Configure Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax) for Italy compliance.
  • Implement localisation features like e-invoicing (SDI), VAT registers, Spesometro, Esterometro, and Split Payments.
  • Conduct gap analysis and ensure smooth integration with the global ERP template.
  • Prepare documentation (FDDs), test cases, and support testing (UAT/SIT).
  • Work closely with Oracle Support for patch validation and issue resolution.
  • Deliver end-user training and go-live hypercare.

What We're Looking For:

✅ 6-10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Fusion Financials

✅ Proven track record in Italy-specific ERP localisations

✅ Deep understanding of Italian fiscal, tax, and reporting regulations

✅ Hands-on experience with Oracle localisation patches and legal compliance

✅ Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English (written & spoken)

✅ Experience in multi-country ERP rollouts and shared services models

Nice to Have:

  • Oracle Financials certification
  • Familiarity with SAF-T
  • Experience in Procurement or Order Management
  • Knowledge of Italy payroll/tax integration (a plus)
  • Global rollout experience in a multinational environment
