About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, hunter-minded IT Staffing Sales Executive to drive new business development for our IT staffing and consulting services. This is a pure hunter role - ideal for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, opening new doors, and closing deals. You will sell a range of solutions including staff augmentation, consulting engagements, and full-cycle project delivery to mid-market and enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate brings a consultative approach to sales, has a deep understanding of the IT services ecosystem, and possesses a proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role.

Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, and industry events.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close - this role is for a hunter, not a farmer.
  • Consistently build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling:

  • Understand client pain points and goals to position the right mix of IT staffing and consulting services.
  • Customize proposals and presentations to address client needs with scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insight into workforce trends, project delivery models, and talent strategies.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure candidates and services are aligned with client requirements.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to leadership and delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of proven success in a B2B hunting sales role, preferably in IT staffing or consulting services.
  • Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and project delivery models.
  • Outstanding prospecting, cold calling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience selling IT staff augmentation, managed services, or project-based solutions.
  • Existing relationships or network in IT, HR, or procurement circles.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and digital transformation project frameworks.
