About the Role: We are looking for a driven and resourceful IT Recruiter to join our fast-paced staffing team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and project-based engagements. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume recruiting environment and has a strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and market trends.

You'll work closely with the sales and delivery teams to match the right talent with client needs across a wide range of IT functions - from infrastructure and software development to cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Engagement:

  • Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring IT roles and high-demand skills.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, availability, and career goals.

Candidate Management:

  • Prepare and present qualified candidate profiles to the account/sales team.
  • Manage candidate expectations throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants before, during, and after placement.

Collaboration & Delivery:

  • Partner with sales and client-facing teams to understand job requirements, client environments, and priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Contribute to improving sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and candidate experience.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed on technology trends, industry demand, and labor market conditions.
  • Share competitive intelligence with sales and leadership to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within an agency or IT staffing firm.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skill sets and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, cybersecurity, cloud, data, etc.).
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for staff augmentation, consulting, and project-based roles.
  • Familiarity with technical screening methods and assessments.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise clients or MSP/VMS environments.
